 **Return & Refund Policy**

We appreciate your business and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. To maintain fairness, protect our customers, and ensure product integrity, **Trust Clothes** follows a clear and strict return and refund policy for all retail purchases made through our online store.

## **1. Eligibility for Returns**

We accept returns **within 14 days of delivery** for **unused, unwashed, unworn** items in their **original condition and packaging**.

To be eligible, the item must:

* Have all original tags attached
* Be free from wear, odor, stains, damage, or alteration
* Include all accessories, packaging, and inserts

**Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.**

## **2. Non-Returnable Items**

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items **cannot** be returned or refunded:

* Rash guards
* Spats/leggings
* Shorts
* Underwear or compression wear
* Clearance or final-sale products
* Customized or personalized items
* Gift cards

## **3. Refunds**

Approved returns will be issued as **store credit only**.

We do **not** offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds for any reason.

Store credit:

* Will be issued once the returned item is inspected
* Does not expire
* Can be used on any future purchase

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

## **4. Exchanges**

We offer **size exchanges** only, depending on availability.

To qualify:

* The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
* You must request the exchange within **14 days** of delivery

If your desired size is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

## **5. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items**

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within **7 days** of delivery.

Please provide:

* Order number
* Photos of the issue
* A brief description

Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost or issue store credit.

**Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.**

## **6. Shipping Responsibility**

Customers are responsible for:

* Return shipping costs
* Providing accurate shipping information at checkout

We are not responsible for:

* Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
* Delivery errors caused by the carrier
* Packages returned due to incorrect addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply.

## **7. Order Cancellations**

Orders may be canceled **within 12 hours of purchase** if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

## **8. Unauthorized Returns**

Items sent back without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.
